Lumbar Spine Mobility
The spine loves to move - it's what is was designed for, as well as protecting the spinal cord, of course! Sitting still and maintaining one position is more ideal and can soon make the back feel very stiff and immobile. If the back is now moving well, you can be sure there will be knock-on effects of this in other areas too!
To keep your lower back moving well, try these mobility exercises!
This plan is suitable for anyone with a stiff or achy lower back, but no history of injury. It is not suitable for anyone with moderate to severe back pain, or for anyone with an injury, diagnosed or otherwise. Please always speak to your Doctor before beginning an exercise program.
Always listen to your body, only do what is comfortable to you!
